Évora Farm Hotel
ÉVORA FARM HOTEL & SPA
Opening in early summer 2021.
We are Évora Farm Hotel & Spa.
We are in the extensive Alentejo plain, where in the summer the sun warms the land and, in winter, the fields are covered in frost.
Here stories are still told of smugglers who took local products across the border: it is a land full of memories, this Alentejo where we are.
Today we want to celebrate local traditions while enjoying family time.
FAMILY DAYS ARE HAPPY DAYS
Rooms with bed and bunk bed • Didactic garden and orchard experiences • Chef’s table • Didactic farm • Walks in the surroundings • Two outdoor pools
We privilege the connection with the countryside and nature. Therefore, we have a didactic farm with some animals and a didactic garden and orchard – where we can learn a little more about which plants and vegetables grow in this geography, make the seasonal harvest of the products, as well as learn the environmental importance of the organic cycle.
DIDATIC GARDEN & ORCHARD
Orchard with fruit trees • Vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables • Aromatic herbs • Experiences using vegetables from the garden and local producers • Composting • Chef's table
DIDATIC FARM
Various species of animals • Agricultural monitoring of the farm's seedbed • Ecological tours for collecting waste • Bird watching • Visit to the ruins of the water mill
But we also want to give you moments of luxury, so you can pamper yourself. Enjoy our Spa with heated pool to comfort yourself on the coldest winter days and discover the various treatments we have created for you.

DHM GREEN
Sustainability is a major concern for us.
For this reason, we privilege the relation with local producers, guaranteeing a circular economy and a lower carbon emission.
Our waste production was also planned to have the least possible impact. We compost all food residues, transforming the waste into organic matter for fertilizing the soil, which allows us to give the soil the nutrients it needs in a biological way, without the need for chemical products.
In addition, we set up a wastewater treatment plant (biological WWTP) reusing these waters – after being properly treated – for irrigating the garden and orchard, thus saving water resources in a region so needy at that level.
